Complete EFI ITB Kit with Motec ECU

We have put together this complete and comprehensive EFI ITB kit with help from industry experts in individual throttle body manufacturing, wiring harnesses manufacturing and ECU calibrators/tuners that are based the USA and able to remote tune or travel.

The throttle bodies come fully assembled and ready to bolt directly to the cylinder heads, with the following parts included:

  • Aerospace grade billet aluminium “shaft-less” individual throttle bodies

  • Aluminium ram pipes/trumpets

  • Optional 3D Printed custom curved Inlets/Extension available to allow for bonnet clearance around the standard 964 electronic spoilers

  • Throttle position sensor (TPS)

  • Billet aluminium fuel rails

  • Thermal insulation gaskets

  • Throttle linkage system which connects directly to the existing OEM cable pick-ups

  • 2 bolt 911 fitment is available with 32mm, 35mm, 36mm, 39mm, 40mm, 42mm and 43mm inlet port size

  • 3 bolt 964/993 fitment is available with 42mm, 43mm, 44mm and 46mm inlet port size

  • Throttle sizes are 42mm, 45mm and 48mm

Other items include:

  • Fuelling system - includes fuel Injectors, fuel pressure regulator with gauge, fuel lines, fittings and hoses to interface with existing fuel system

  • Vacuum system - includes vacuum block, non-return valves and associated interfacing pipework for brake boost assistance

  • Engine oil breather system - Includes all filters and interfacing components required

  • Megaflow air filtration system - includes Megaflow air filters complete with brushed aluminium pre-drilled Filter back plates

  • Optional adapters for our carbon fibre GT3 Plenum Kit

As for engine management, this kit includes the following:

  • Motec M130 ECU with GPA package

  • Full pre-built clubsport engine harness with bulkhead connector and connectors for the following:

    • Cam sensor (comes with sensor and bracket)

    • Crank sensor (comes with crank pulley trigger wheel, sensor and bracket)

    • Throttle position sensor (already attached to the ITBs)

    • Manifold absolute pressure sensor (for boosted applications)

    • 6 coil on plug and connectors for a lower coil on plug harness to be added for twin spark applications (coil packs included)

    • Inlet air temperature sensor (sensor included)

    • Idle air control valve (valve included)

    • Fuel pressure (sensor included)

    • Engine temperature (sensor included)

    • Knock sensor x 2 (sensors included)

    • Lambda sensor x 2 (sensors included)

    • Oil pressure/temperature (sensor included)

    • Boost solenoid x 2 (for boosted applications)

  • The engine harness is built from high-temp fiberglass sleeving resistant to temperatures up to 1200°F (650°C). Non-combustible and resistant to cut and abrasion.

  • OEM Grade TXL Wire compliant to SAE J1128 Standard. Temperature Rated between -40°F and 257°F (-40°C and 125°C). Featuring XPLE insulation, TXL wire possesses flame retardant properties and protection from chemical exposure like gasoline, coolant, and most acids or solvents.

  • Bussman Fuse & Relay Center to power EFI System, Fuel Pump, and Ignition Coils.

PLEASE NOTE - as with all after-market engine management systems, base maps are offered “as-is” and dyno tuning is highly recommended to avoid causing damage to your engine. We can provide details of tuners that are willing to tune remotely and travel to map your vehicle.
